Bird is BAR. Per ME, moving around habitat energetically, hard to tell if there is a wing droop due to activity level. 
Took a look at the area of concern (distal dorsal R/U). The area is very quiet with one small scab. I suspect that this area had been inflamed due to the underlying fracture, and there was some serous oozing associated with the inflammation that "leaked" out and caused the scab-like changes - not a true scab.
Fracture feels very solid and bird looks great. Moved to a bigger habitat, check flight in 3 days. Dr Gardner

BARP, no wing droop noticed. Anesthetized under 4% iso for intake rads. Old hairline(?) fractures, nicely healed. The wound on the dorsal aspect is scabbed over. Applied Silver Gel and left uncovered. Recovery was very quick. Moved outside.

BARP, fecal. Right wing slightly drooped but can lift to proper position.  Palpated fracture, healed but found large chunks of dried blood on dorsal side of wing over fracture sight.  Started to clean and decided to place under ISO 2% via mask.
